The EmpowerHER Series demo features three workshops—Wellness, ARTiculate, and Healing Circle—designed to empower women through intuition. This demo gathers participant feedback for the series' launch.

Apothecary & Wellness

Our wellness workshops center around a thoughtfully selected theme or topic, fostering meaningful discussions tailored to support both adults and children. Adult workshops offer a dedicated space for personal reflection, healing, and growth, addressing themes that resonate deeply with their experiences and life journeys.

Movement

ARTiculate workshops use hands-on activities in visual and performing arts to invite participants into a powerful journey of creativity, emotional connection, and unique self-expression. Each session is thoughtfully designed to inspire self-reflection and personal insight, using the arts as a dynamic gateway to self-discovery and community connection. Our programs are tailored to meet the diverse needs of BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as women and children, creating a supportive space for participants to share and express their personal stories.

Art and Wellness

These sessions provide a supportive environment for women to rediscover their inner strength and confidence. Each session is crafted to engage participants in meaningful dialogue, and leave feeling uplifted while gaining restorative practices.
