Description: Ekphrastic Poetry is a unique and empowering poetry workshop designed exclusively for women who seek to explore the powerful intersection of visual art and the written word. This program offers a supportive and inspiring space for women to delve into the rich tradition of ekphrastic poetry – poetry that describes, reflects on, or is inspired by a work of art.

The Art of Healing: Herbs on Canvas is a restorative, hands-on workshop that blends botanical education with expressive visual art. Guided by herbalist Acacia De La Cruz of Earth and Moon NY, participants explore the traditional healing properties of herbs while creating their own herb-infused artwork. This workshop invites attendees to connect with the natural world and their inner selves through storytelling, sensory experiences, and creative expression.

The EmpowerHER Series demo features three workshops—Wellness, ARTiculate, and Healing Circle—designed to empower women through intuition. This demo gathers participant feedback for the series' launch.
